This afternoon, the City of Macon acknowledged all the hard work our Administrative Professionals do by having a "Red Carpet" affair. There was a great lunch along with presentations and awards.

Tornado Season is right around the corner

It is important to be aware of the severe weather advisories that are issued by the National Weather Service, including tornado watches and warnings. Severe thunderstorm advisories are also important because those storms can generate tornadoes. Remain alert to signs of an approaching tornado and seek shelter if threatening conditions exist.

Mayor's Night In - Live and Virtual! (6pm)

Tonight we will be holding another Mayor's Night In. It will be broadcast live on our local Channel 14 TV station. You will be able to log on to the website, and post questions you might have for the Mayor. Come join us at 6pm for a Mayoral update on what's going on in the City of Macon.
